Black Lives Matter and Love is Love are two statements I will never mince words over. People are human beings and deserve access and equity in every facet of their lives. If you don't understand how these two groups have been marginalized, you are privileged and should educate yourself while not talking.
Diversity leads to acceptance, inclusion, innovation and creativity (and that's only the beginning). I will forever fight for these basic ideas to be the foundation of our 'humaness' in the world I live in.
